Chairman and the founder of LBS. He has more than 30 years of experience in the construction and property development sectors. He was initially involved in the supply and transportation of building materials and later ventured into property construction business.

Dato’ Seri Lim is active in community activities, particularly in the Seri Setia area in Petaling Jaya, Selangor. He sits on the boards and committees of several non-profit-making organizations-, such as Management Board and Building Committee of SJK (C) Sungai Way, Persatuan Hokkien Sungai Way, Seri Setia Old Folks Home, Old Boys Association of SJK (C) Sungai Way, Selangor and Kuala Lumpur Lim Clansmen Association, Ann Khoe Association, Selangor & Wilayah Persekutuan and Federation of Hokkien Association.
